The Agape-Networking and Partnership Initiative (NPI) is a project funded through Agape’s membership in the Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN).  Agape has been part of the 25 member network spread across Quebec since 2009.  The CHSSN is funded through a contribution  from Health Canada.

The NPI model promotes the partnership between English-speaking community networks and the public health and social services networks of Quebec. The goal is to ensure equitable access to health and social services in English for the English-speaking communities throughout Quebec.

The Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) was founded in 2000 to support English-speaking communities in the province of Quebec in their efforts to redress health status inequalities and promote community vitality.
